Core sector growth halves in Nov

 The core sector index has a share of 26.7 per cent in the Index of Industrial Production (IIP). Experts say the sluggish performance of the index will impact IIP numbers going forward.  "We expect IIP to grow by 7.3 per cent in November against 11.8 per cent a year ago," said Shubhada Rao, chief economist, Yes Bank.
