It was decided that every Regional Officer of the board will ensure constituting at least 250 eco-clubs in their respective areas. Various programmes will be organized for the clubs to create environment awareness among the members.

The board had decided to take necessary step for the approval of Service Recruitment Regulations 2014 from the department of environment and to conduct internal audit of various documents of the board before due date and to get Statutory Auditor appointed by CAG.
