Mamata to meet industrialists in Mumbai on Aug 1

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee would meet leading industrialists in Mumbai to attract investments for the state on August 1.

A leading city-based industrialist Harsh Neotia,

 
who received an invitation from the Chief Secretary Sanjay Mitra to attend the event, told PTI that the Chief Minister would meet prominent industrialists of Mumbai.

The meeting would be held at the World Trade Centre, he said.

Chairman of Tata Sons Cyrus Mistry, Reliance Industries chief Mukesh Ambani and a plethora of prominent industry leaders from Mumbai, Bengaluru and Chennai were expected to attend the high-profile meet.

This would be Banerjee's second out-of-the-state meet with the industry leaders after Delhi in December 2012.
