| The Mindspace at Pocharam will house offices of various corporates and is expected to create job opportunities for more than a lakh. It will be built in stages and will eventually have a total built-up space of about 6 million sft. |

| Some of the companies housed in the existing Mindspace include Oracle, IBM, Bank of America, Accenture and Verizon. |
