Former CBI director Joginder Singh said today his unpublished book Inside the CBI, which could prove a bombshell, would not violate the Official Secrets Act.
the book is being written on the basis of facts and certain documents. If the case is referred to the court, it cannot be considered as official secret (revelation), Singh said.
Talking at his ancestral house at Jalalabad near here, Singh said the book, which he hopes to complete by October this year, could prove to be a bombshell for the corrupt and those responsible for criminilisation of politics in the country. Let the time come, people will see what happens to the corrupt politicians of the country after the book is released, Singh said. The former CBI chief said he wanted to become either a journalist or a professional writer .
or a social worker on retirement from service in October.
Singh has already authored seven books, three of which are in the press, and is now busy authoring three more including Inside the cbi.
