RS returns appropriation bills to LS
The bill comes expires on March 2013
The bill related to spending of money out of the Consolidated Fund of India after the financial year 2012-13 comes to an end on March 31.
The lower house also returned relevant appropriation bills, 2013 for the Jharkhand assembly, which is under the President's rule, to the Lok Sabha.
