SC notice to magazines on Tata's petition

Supreme Court issues notice on Ratan Tata's petition in connection with Niira Radia tapes to the 'Open' and 'Outlook' magazines, which published the recorded conversations between Radia and others.

Supreme Court also sought an an affidavit within ten days from various government departments made parties in the petition.
