Sc Notice To Prabhakar Rao

The Supreme Court yesterday issued notice to P V Prabhakar Rao, son of former Prime Minister P V Narasimha Rao, on a petition by the Enforcement Directorate, challenging the anticipatory bail granted to him by the Andhra Pradesh High Court in connection with the Rs 130 crore urea scam. A three-judge bench comprising Justice M K Mukherjee, Justice S P Kurdurkar and Justice K T Thomas directed the notices to be returnable on August one.
