UPA win a vindication of its policies, says NCP

NCP today said the UPA's victory in the Lok Sabha polls was a vindication of the policies adopted by the coalition and expressed support to the Congress in government formation.  

"UPA's win is a vindication of the policies, programmes and values for which the UPA came together. People of India have reposed faith in the allaince irrespective of caste and creed across the country," senior NCP leader Praful Patel said.  He said, "The NCP will now support the formation of the new government".  

The Union Minister said the country has already seen a stable and progressive government under the leadership of Prime Minister Manhohan Singh and UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi.
