Icici Bank Invokes Jisco Ncd Guarantees
ICICI Bank has invoked the guarantee given by the Industrial Finance Corporation of India (IFCI) for the Rs 104.05 crore non-convertible debentures issued by the Jindal Iron & Steel Company (Jisco).
The bank which was the debenture trustee invoked the guarantee primarily at the insistence of the two main susbcribers to the NCDs
