SBT Dubai office likely to open by June

N Ramaswamy, managing director-in-charge, SBT, said the proposed representative office would offer personalised services to the NRIs in the UAE who maintain accounts with SBT's branches functioning as a link between them and their home state and to facilitate further increase in inward remittances.

Besides, the bank has proposed to manage an exchange house in Bahrain. SBT already manages two exchange houses in the gulf region
