RRB NTPC Railway recruitment results are under process, says board

We know many candidates applied for the Indian railways RRB NTPC recruitment 2016 announced in january.Now as per the latest update issued by RRB Allahabad, it is informed that the results are still being processed & the next update will be issued after 15 days.

Not every year we see Indian railways recruiting in large numbers.That is the reason why over 90 lakh young graduates applied for the Railways RRB NTPC notification no. CEN 03/ 2015.

A total of 18272 vacancies were on offer that included posts like Assistant station master, Reservation clerk, Commercial apprentice, Goods guard etc.,

As part of the selection process, online written exams were held in 1120+ centres across the nation between March, April & May 2016.The overall RRB NTPC exam review was moderate.

It was the worlds largest online exam with candidates appearing in 74 shifts!

For the past few days, many websites were spreading false news & rumours regarding the railway exam results.

To control such false information being circulated on the internet, Allahabad railway recruitment board (RRB) has published a notice on their website about the position of pending results.

In it, they say,

For NTPC posts (Graduate), examination conducted in March-April2016, against CEN-03/2015, processing of results is still under confidential process. No information on this examination can be shared with the candidates at present. Candidates will be suitably informed by the administration at the appropriate time."

The next update on result position shall be given after 15 days, they further say.
