Loans from Khadi Board and PMEGP

The Ministry of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) has been implementing a credit-linked subsidy programme named Prime Ministers Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP) with Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC) as nodal agency at the national level for generating employment in the country by setting up of micro-enterprises in the non-farm sector. At the State/Union Territories level, the scheme is implemented through field offices of KVIC, State/Union Territory Khadi and Village Industries Boards(KVIBs) and District Industries Centres (DICs) with the involvement of Banks.
