Viacom18 has appointed Saugato Bhowmik as head of its Integrated Network Solutions (INS) business unit, which develops brand solutions for consumers and live properties across music and entertainment genres. Along with his new role, Bhowmik will continue to head the company's consumer products business line that has created a robust portfolio of merchandise for the kids and youth segment.

AHA Taxis has recruited Ghanendra Singh and Shailly Tyagi as head of customer experience and head of driver-partner engagement respectively. Tyagi, a co-founder at inter-city logistics marketplace markNmove, has also worked with InnovationM, a specialised consultancy in the mobility space, and HCL Infosystems Ltd. Singh co-founded Bengaluru-based LogiXir, an intra-city logistics company, and has also worked with Force Motors and VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd.

Managing finances
AMD has promoted Swetang Vin to the newly created position of corporate vice-president and regional chief financial officer for India, Asia Pacific Japan (APJ), Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and Greater China. Vin will be responsible for leading all financial aspects of AMD's research and development, sales and marketing finance activities as well as entity accounting, taxation, financial controls, and compliance. He joined AMD in 2010 and previously held the office of finance director for India, APJ and EMEA. Vin has over 27 years of experience with leading technology companies such as Dell, Tata Teleservices and Xerox Corp.

Media veteran
Carat India, the flagship media agency from Dentsu Aegis Network, has roped in Sujata Dwibedy as executive vice-president. A media veteran with more than 17 years of experience, Dwibedy has extensively worked across sectors such as FMCG, telecom, airlines, finance, alcohol and beverages. Prior to this, she was head - business development at Omnicom Media Group. Dwibedy will lead the Mondelez business at Carat in India and also work closely with the APAC team on the business.
