i-Nuture inks pact with Vels University

Bangalore-based Education solutions provider, i-Nuture Education Solution, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Vels University, Chennai, to offer various post-graduation courses from the academic year 2013-14.

Under the MoU, the company will provide its masters degree programmes in MBA (advertising and creative management), MTech (IT infrastructure management services) and MTech (mobile applications development) to Vels University students, according to an i-Nuture Education announcement.

“This is our first partnership as knowledge partners in Chennai and we are looking at working very closely with Vels University to establish a centre of excellence (CoE) in IT at their campus,” said Ashwin Ajila, founder and managing director of i-Nurture Education. The company is also looking at partnering more universities in near future, he added.

This is the eighth MoU for i-Nuture with a university partner, with the others being with Gujarat University, Ganpat University (Gujarat), Jaipur National University (Rajasthan), Bharathidasan University (Tamil Nadu), Karnataka State Open University (Karnataka), Pacific University (Rajasthan) and Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University (Hyderabad).

The company is looking at becoming an end-to-end solution provider across graduate, PG programmes and in the areas of career-oriented, industry-specific, short-term programmes for other students within the university campus, the press release added.
