It also serves as a platform for Godrej to identify suitable talent for future hiring.

LOUD 2014 had received 1,600 applications from 12 top campuses in India, including the IIMs. Of these, 14 finalists were short listed to share their dreams and finally 7 were selected to live out their dreams, Godrej India Culture Lab head Parmesh Shahani told the media here today.

The company provides Rs 1,50,000 to each of the selected candidates to redeem their unique dreams apart from the ready job offer, he informed.
