The Centre for Public Policy at Indian Institute of Management-Bangalore (IIMB) has signed an agreement to collaborate with international coop- eration division of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Public Administration (HCMA), in Hanoi, Vietnam.
An MoU on cooperation between IIMB and HCM National Academy of Public Administration (HCMA), Hanoi, Vietnam was signed after high-level discussions between PM Manmohan Singh and General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong of the Communist Party of Vietnam, in New Delhi, on November 20, 2013.
The MoU envisages exchange of faculty members; exchange of students; joint research activities;.participation in seminars and academic eetings;.exchange of academic materials and other information; special short-term academic programmes, including training programmes; joint study and research programmes;.study tours of administrative managers. coordinators, students and researchers.
The cooperation will focus initially on public policy, entrepreneurship, corporate governance, training for executives from public and private sector enterprises, social sciences and student and faculty exchanges.
