Tata to train finance grads

| Under the programme, around 49 commerce and finance graduates will be selected from India's top universities and will undergo training at Tata Management Training Centre (TMCT) for a period of three years. |
| Students under the programme will be trained using the new ACA syllabus that will be launched in September 2007, and will be tailored to meet the needs of Tata Sons. |
| The programme will use International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and will be the first of its kind in India. Post training and examination the students will be absorbed by 7 Tata Group companies. |
