The stock extended gains to touch a high of Rs 150 - up 8% from the day's low of Rs 139. It finally ended up 4.2% at Rs 148.
Over 7.41 lakh shares were traded on the BSE as against a two-week daily average trade of 3.17 lakh shares.

Fortis Healthcare has advanced on plans of raising money.
The stock has opened at 142 and has touhced a high of Rs 147. The scrip is now trading at Rs 145, up 2% from its previous close. The counter has clocked volumes of 1.19 lakh shares on the BSE.
The company is to raise Rs 450 crore through a combination of term loans from banks as well as internal accruals.
