Deccan Cements today said IL&FS Trust Company has picked up an additional 2.01% stake in the company to raise its overall stake in the company to 19.82%.
IL&FS Trust company had 12.47 lakh shares or 17.81% stake in the Hyderabad-based cement manufacturer before the transaction held between February and November this year.
During the period, IL&FS Trust Company bought 1.4 lakh shares or 2.01% stake in the company through open market transactions both in BSE and National Stock Exchange.
As on September-end, Deccan Cements' promoters had 55.95% stake in the company.
Shares of the company today settled at Rs 243.90 at the BSE, up 1.65% over the previous closing.
