Investors Move Ministry To Bring Errant Nse Broker To Book

Investors, who had parked their funds with the National Stock Exchange (NSE) broker Bhavesh Dhirajlal Stock Broking Co Ltd, have moved the finance ministry and sought Central intervention to help the police recover the funds and shares from the broker.

In a letter to the finance minister Yashwant Sinha, the Investors Forum has sought an appointment with the government auditor over the alleged misuse of funds by the broker.

Sethia is charged with exploiting loopholes in the ALBM system and diverting investors
