Kishmish moves up on festive demand

Kishmish prices firmed up to Rs 500 per 40 kg in the national capital today on festival buying against restricted arrivals.
Marketmen said pick up in local demand in view of festive season mainly led to a rise in kishmish prices.
Kishmish kandhari local and special variety rose by Rs 500 each to Rs 7,500-8,000 and Rs 12,500-20,000 per 40 kg, respectively.
