Lead prices fell by 0.43% to Rs 103.10 per kg in the futures market today as speculators reduced their positions amid subdued demand in the spot market.

At the Multi Commodity Exchange, December lead lost 45 paise, or 0.43%, to Rs 103.10 per kg, with an open interest for 1,183 lots.

The January contract weakened by 35 paise, or 0.33%, to Rs 104.10 per kg in 342 lots.

Analysts said subdued demand in the spot market mainly pulled down lead futures prices.
