Principal Retirement Advisors registers with Sebi as Investment Adviser

Sebi made it mandatory for every person or organisation in advisory business to be registered with it by Oct 21 this year

Principal Retirement Advisors, a retirement solutions firm, is now registered under Securities and Exchange Board of India's (Sebi) Investment Advisers Regulations, 2013. In January this year, the market regulator issued the Draft Investment Advisory Regulations and made it mandatory since for every person or organisation in advisory business to be registered with it on or before October 21, 2013.

 

Headquartered in Mumbai Principal Retirement Advisors started operations in October 2012, has been offering retirement and investment planning advice to clients across Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune, Lucknow, Jaipur and Chandigarh.
