Smart Portfolio: Bhamre exits Deccan Chronicle & Dish TV

The second half of the trading session saw a series of activity by Siddarth Bhamre and Shishir Bajpai.

Bhamre booked profits in his investments Deccan Chronicle Holdings and Dish TV India for a gain of 8% and 7% respectively. Meanwhile, he bought 100 shares of Kotak Mahindra Bank for a price of Rs 483 per share and 200 shares of CESC at Rs 372 each.

Bajpai exited from Indiabulls Real Estate procurring nearly 6% loss. He also offloaded 300 shares of Ajmera Realty & Infra India for a 3% profit. In the last hour of trading, he added 1000 shares of Pipavav Shipyard for a consideration of Rs 90,000.

Vinay Khattar remained inactive for the day.

Shishir Bajpai, Senior VP of IIFL Private Wealth, the first to trade started the day by selling 100 shares of  JSW Steel  for a 9% profit at Rs 11,390. He followed it by a purchase of  Jindal Saw (500 shares) for a price tag of Rs 222 per share.

Ajay Parmar, Head Research of Emkay sold 200 shares of Shriram EPC and procurred a 9% profit in the transaction and went ahead for a 300 share buy of Infinite Computer Solutions at Rs 182 per share.

Siddarth Bhamre, Head - Equity Derivatives of  Angel Broking on the other hand, sold off Oriental Bank of Commerce with an 8% profit.

Vinay Khattar, Head - Research, WAIS of  Edelweiss remained on the sidelines.
