Sponsors, Govt Split On Uti-Ii Pointmen

Sharp differences are believed to have cropped up between the current Unit Trust of India (UTI) management and the new sponsors of UTI-II over the appointment of key management personnel, including the appointment of chief executive officer (CEO) and chief investment officer (CIO). This is apparently delaying the process of bifurcation of UTI into UTI-I and UTI-II.
