US markets drop ahead of jobs data
US markets dropped on Thursday ahead of the July unemployment data.
The Dow slipped 25 points to 9,256. The Nasdaq shed 20 points (1%) to 1,973.
Indian ADRs were all in the red. Mahindra Satyam tumbled 6% to $5.59.
Sterlite shed 5% to $13.37. Genpact and Dr Reddy's dropped 4% each to $12.24 and $16.4, respectively.
Patni Computers and Tata Motors slid 3% each. MTNL, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Infosys and Wipro were down 1-2% each.
