VRL Logistics’ Initial Public Offering (IPO) will comprise an issue of Rs 142 crore and another 17.12 million shares for offer for sale from existing promoters. While that of UFO Moviez India will comprise an offer for sale of around Rs 750 crore by shareholders, including 3i Research, P5 Asia, and promoters.
ICICI Securities and HSBC Securities are the lead managers for the VRL Logistics issue, while the UFO Moviez issue will be handled by Axis Capital and Citigroup Global Markets.
Currently, more than 16 offer documents have been filed with the market regulator. Vascon Engineers, Manpasand Beverages, and Sadbhav Infrastructure Project are among companies that have filed their IPO documents.
