Weakness continues; Rel Infra drops 5%

The NSE Nifty is down 91 points at 4,256.

Jaiprakash Associates has slumped 7% to Rs 155. Reliance Infrastructure has tumbled 5% to Rs 915.

Hindalco has shed 5.7% at Rs 153. Larsen & Toubro and Reliance have plunged 4.5% each to Rs 2,450 and Rs 2,004, respectively.

Grasim and Bharti Airtel have dropped 4% each to Rs 2,090 and Rs 736, respectively.

Also Read

BHEL, Mahindra & Mahindra and Ranbaxy have declined around 3.5% each to Rs 1,354, Rs 544 and Rs 524, respectively.

Tata Steel and Reliance Communications are down 3% each to Rs 754 and Rs 477, respectively.
