12 killed in Indonesian military plane crash
At least 12 people have been killed in an Indonesian military plane crash in the eastern section of the country, the Indonesian military said in a statement.
The Hercules C-130 plane going to Wamena had taken off from Timika before it crashed into a mountain of Papua province, reports the CNN.
The plane was seen by the authorities getting ready to land but the contact was lost a minute later.
The aircraft was found in the Lisuwa mountain area of Papua province by the military personnel.
