The leader of Afghan Taliban Mullah Muhammad Omar has died, according to Afghan officials, but the terror group has not yet commented on the report.
The leader of Taliban died two to three years ago, according to Afghan government and intelligence sources.
Taliban spokesman said that the group will shortly issue a statement, reported the BBC.
There have been several reports of Mullah Omar's death in the past.
