The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has raised objections to the upcoming Bollywood biopic 'Thackeray'.

The drama film is based on the life of Bal Thackeray, the founder of Shiv Sena.

According to the makers of the movie, CBFC has raised objections on four dialogues and two scenes and have asked them to make necessary changes. The makers of the film also stated that they are trying to solve the issue with CBFC, according to the law and are hopeful that it will soon be sorted out.

"Yes, they have raised objections on some dialogues and scenes, four dialogues and two scenes to be precise. We are legally dealing the matter with CBFC and we hope the matter will be sorted out soon," said Shiv Sena Parliamentarian and producer of the film Sanjay Raut.
