German Chancellor Angela Merkel recently shared her opinion on online privacy and jokingly said that Facebook is nice just like having a car or a decent washing machine.
The 60-year-old German politician said while speaking at a church in Stuttgart that Facebook is nice, but it's pure existence doesn't mean that one will automatically have great friends, the Independent has reported.
Merkel added that Facebook is a good option for contacting people, but it's anyday better to meet up with friends in real life to socialize.
