Fortune isn't going great for Chris Martin as he is being sued by a photographer, who claims that the singer has got it out for the media.
Richard Terry was perched at Giorgio Baldi restaurant in L.A. back in January, when he saw Chris and Gwyneth Paltrow get into a Jeep, reports TMZ.com.
The photog now claims that the 38-year-old singer intentionally turned his wheel sharply to the right, causing the jeep to jump the sidewalk and hit Terry.
Terry said in his lawsuit that Martin has a significant history of repeated and ongoing violent acts against entertainment news people.
He is angry because Martin left the scene instead of tending to him.
