Ansari to hold delegation level talks with Chinese counterpart in Beijing

Vice President Mohammad Hamid Ansari will hold delegation level talks with his Chinese counterpart Li Yuanchao in Beijing today.

According to reports, both leaders are expected to discuss several issues of mutual importance, including the border dispute.

India and China are also expected to ink several agreements to further strengthen bilateral ties.

Commerce and Industry Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, who is accompanying Vice President Ansari, is also expected to meet her Chinese counterpart Gao Hucheng this morning to discuss ways to enhance trade and investment ties between the two countries.
