An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Quetta has ordered authorities to produce former president General (retd) Pervez Musharraf on September 10 for hearing in the Akbar Bugti murder case.
ATC judge Ismail Baloch was hearing the murder case of Balochistan nationalist leader Akber Bugti.
During the hearing, Ismail expressed displeasure at the team investigating Bugti's murder over their failure to produce Musharraf for the hearing, Dawn News reports.
Moreover, the ATC again issued arrest warrants for former prime minister Shaukat Aziz, former Balochistan governor Owais Ahmed Ghani, former deputy commissioner of Dera Bugti Abdul Samad Lasi, who are also nominated in the murder of the Baloch leader.
The court also directed the authorities to produce the accused persons in a hearing fixed for September 10 and subsequently adjourned the matter to the said date, the report added.
