An anti-terrorism court in Quetta has rejected the bail application of former military ruler General (retd) Pervez Musharraf in the Akbar Bugti murder case.
Judge Mohammad Ismail Baloch also rejected Musharraf's plea to shift the case to the ATC in Islamabad.
According to Dawn News, the anti-terrorism court will be announcing its detailed judgment later in the day.
Bugti was killed in a cave in Chalgri area of Bhamboor hills of Dera Bugti district on August 26, 2006 during a military crackdown ordered by Musharraf who was president and army chief at the time, the report added.
