Ask Insights in association with UNDP unveils the 'Future Fluent Global Summit 2019' - to be held on 3rd and 4th April 2019 at the Lalit, New Delhi. With an aim to help organizations foster all-round development, achieve business objectives, and create global portfolios in the DEI space, Ask Insights will bring forth Global Thought Leaders from around the world on one platform.

Amongst the noteworthy speakers from around the world, the summit will also be addressed by the futurist Margaret Regan (The FutureWork Institute, USA), who will present the future DEI practices of 2030 through robotics. The keynote speakers will also include global DEI space leaders Howard J. Ross (Founding Partner, Udarta Consulting LLC). Howard is a pioneer in the field of Unconscious Biases. Dr Alan Richter (Creator, The Global Diversity Game). The basic intent of this summit is to bring the learning from the World's most experienced and the best thought leaders in the space of DEI for an expansion of thoughts amongst Indian organizations. The aim of Ask Insights is to bring that knowledge to Indian organizations through the best practices prevailing around the world.

"India has started on the DEI journey relatively later than other parts of the world but we can definitely leverage the experiences of experts from around the world. The different phases and stages of DEI that other leading nations may have gone through aren't necessary for us to go through as well. The experiences and learning from around the world can be applied to the Indian context as well. This international summit is intended to serve as an Informative and knowledge platform to link people from across the world in pursuit of improving organizational performances and making the world a more inclusive place for all", said excited Dr Niru Kumar, Founder - Ask Insights about organizing the international summit.

"Since we all are a part of the global family now, where Indians are travelling around the world for work; this summit will help people learn the cultural differences that exist in the world and how they can navigate around the cultural challenges. There will be an amalgamation of different cultures on one platform", added Dr Niru.

The group has evolved from the phase of one-on-one interactions with the organizations to be the leading knowledge providers in DEI space. Dr Niru Kumar, the founder of Ask Insights is also involved in a Global Future D&I project, where she will be among 20 global expert leaders to frame the future strategy for organizations and workspaces. The tickets for the Global Summit are slated to be INR 7000 and 12000 with special early birds discounts as well. This story is provided by NewsVoir.
