BARSYS, the avant-garde automated system for making cocktails and mixed drinks launched its B2C e-commerce portal, solely dedicated to BARSYS' patrons, wherein they can order BARSYS conveniently by sitting at home.

With no direct competitor, they are providing a one-stop shop for their customers to procure the machines. The portal will also be a holistic destination for all information related to cocktail making as it is going to offer the latest recipes and trends on mixology. The customers can also communicate with BARSYS' team through a chat bot, mail or phone and can also order accessories from the portal directly.

The fully-automated cocktail maker expects close to 70 percent of its sale coming from the online channels. The portal is providing a quicker response and redresser to the customers.

"We are anticipating a 1000 percent growth with the launch of this portal. We initially did a soft launch offline to ensure that all the teething issues have been identified and rectified. Our initial focus was on setting up a proper after sales network so that our customers do not face any challenge in the setup and use of their BARSYS machines," said Akshet Tewari, Founder - BARSYS.

BARSYS is a New York-based company incorporated in Delaware, US. It started off as Vulcantronics (A.N.A. Infotech) in 2015, focussing on the research and development of automation technologies. It subsequently transferred its assets to BARSYS LLC in September 2016 related to BARSYS project. Their R&D and India Operations Center is based out of New Delhi.

A B2B and B2C innovation, BARSYS has been developed so that a large population of fewer semis - skilled bartenders can be complemented with an automated solution which is aesthetically pleasing and has an easy to use, attractive, standardised, and efficient preparation method.
