Belarus Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei arrived in the national capital on a three-day visit to India on Tuesday.
During his visit, he will be calling on President Pranab Mukherjee at the Rashtrapati Bhavan. He will also meet External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj.
India was one of the first countries to recognize Belarus as independent country in 1991. The two nations enjoy a good understanding in international, multilateral and regional matters. Belarus has been supportive of India's candidature for a permanent seat at the UNSC and has supported
