Beyonce gets new 'model' stepmum

Beyonce's dad Mathew Knowles got married to former model Gena Charmaine Avery on Sunday, but his daughters were nowhere to be seen at the nuptials.

The former manager, 61, was engaged to 48-year-old Avery, currently a realtor, for a year and a half.

In a statement to Us magazine, Knowles said that his daughters, Beyonce and Solange did not attend the wedding, as they had previous engagements which made it impossible for them to attend.
