The officials are still investigating the incident and have yet not ruled out terror angle.
"Forensic experts who have arrived here are examining the cause of explosion and have requested MHA to send an expert team of NSG to examine so that we can know what materials were used for explosion. We are not ruling out terror angle," DGP Suresh Arora told ANI.
The explosive, as told to ANI by SDM Maur Latif Ahmed, was planted in a car at the spot.
