Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday said he was convinced that the result of upcoming polls as Bihar would be in favour of the NDA.
"There are no questions on what the result of the Bihar polls will be. The people of Bihar have decided to bring an NDA Government and the state will move on the path of development," said Modi.
"The rich don't need a government. But, when a poor man gets sick, he has no support apart from the government," he added.
