BJP releases vision document for Bihar polls
The Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) on Thursday released its vision document for the upcoming Bihar polls.
"This vision document is a charter of development in Bihar. It is a pledge to pull out Bihar from economic backwardness," said Finance Minister Arun Jaitley.
"Political consistency' is not the virtue of any of the participants of this grand(Magathbandhan) opportunistic alliance," Jaitley added.
