An IED blast took place near the Singjamei Super Market in Imphal around 4.20 p.m on Thursday.
However, no casualties were reported.
A bomb explosion had also taken place on Wednesday evening, hours after the last phase of the two-phased Manipur Assembly elections had concluded.
That blast took place in the Kasturi Thong area, and left at least eight people injured.
Repolling was held in 34 polling stations in three districts of Manipur on Thursday amid tight security.
The repoll was ordered on Tuesday following electoral malpractices.
