Bobby Brown has filed for guardianship over his daughter Bobbi Kristina's estate while she remains hospitalized, it has been reported.
The American singer wants to take the guardianship for the same home where Kristina was found unconscious, Us Magazine reported.
The new development comes just days after the 46-year-old singer briefly left Kristina's side to perform in Dallas on April 18 where he said that his daughter was "awake" and no longer on life support but later clarified his comments.
