The Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) legislators on Wednesday staged a protest against the 'deteriorating' law and order situation in Uttar Pradesh.
Raising slogan against Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav and the ruling Samajwadi Party, the MLAs of both parties also staged a walk-out from the state assembly.
According to reports, the protests started when Governor Ram Naik began his address to the joint assembly, resulting in the Budget Session being adjourned till the afternoon.
