Calcutta HC orders Centre to submit Aadhaar report

The Calcutta High Court while hearing a case filed by a patient of Cerebral Palsy unable to register his Aadhaar card, ordered the Central government to submit a report in the regard by November 13.

Sanat Kumar Mitra, a 27-year-old suffering from Cerebral Palsy is facing problem in getting his Aadhaar card made.

Centre has made it mandatory for all citizens to get their Aadhaar cards made.
