The High Commission of Canada, in collaboration with SPS India/Dipayan Mazumdar Associates, will host the fourth edition of the annual workshop on "Reporting on business in a global world" on February 7 in New Delhi.
The workshop will feature top editors from Indian and Canadian media as well as mid-level business journalists from all over India, Nepal and Bhutan.
The workshop, comprising panel discussions and interactive sessions, would provide valuable opportunities for the media representatives to increase their network and professional skills.
Topics that would be discussed during the workshop include the changing nature of the newsroom and the audience, impact of global changes on local reporting, nuances of reporting on international trade and innovative strategies by regional media to reach out to the youth, among others.
