The 'Side Effects' actress and her 70-year-old husband had yet to file any paperwork with the courts to make their split official, but now they seemed to be happy with each other, E! Online reported.
The 45-year-old actress posted a family picture on Instagram in which the whole family posed in their finest ski gear and looked happier than ever to be celebrating the holidays with one another.
